Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage (31 or more days prior to departure): 85% of the total package will cost will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation is done 31 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage (11 to 20 days before departure): 50% of the total package cost will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation is done between 11 to 20 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage (10 days or less before departure): There will be no refund and 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty if the cancellation is done 10 days before departure. The same is applicable if the client doesn’t show up.
The cancellation charges mentioned above will be applicable only for the main tour and optional tours published by the company. If the client has made bookings for services other than the services provided by the company such as air/train ticket or any third party product, then the company will recover the cancellation charges as per the terms and conditions of the respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of respective service providers. Cancellation policies for all the 5-star hotels will be provided separately to the client.
Refund Policy:
All refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation.
